Selected Couriers:
Australia Post and a few local selected couriers will be utilised for our deliveries.
Authority to Leave:
ALL ORDERS including subscriptions are authority to leave items, unless noted otherwise in ‘shipping method’ when placing your order.
Shipping Locations:
We ship Australia wide. We do not currently ship overseas.
Calculated Shipping:
Tiny Roo uses calculated shipping; this means the shipping price is calculated based on the total weight of your item/s and delivery address.
Please note, our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your physical address only.
Handling Time:
We aim to have all orders shipped within 48-hours on regular working business days.
Please allow extra time during sale periods, public holidays and over the Christmas / New Year period.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
If you have not received your tracking details within 24-48 hours, please email us at support@tinyrooaustralia.com.au so we can further assist you.
Delivery Timeframes:
Shipping of your product can vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time for rural areas and for orders located in WA, NT and SA. Please continue to check your tracking link. For any further assistance please email support@tinyrooaustralia.com.au.
Tiny Roo Australia takes all care, but no responsibility once the parcel has left our warehouse. In the unlikely event your package goes missing, the account outcome will be at the discretion of the Courier Company used. Please contact the freight provider as per your tracking number OR for any further assistance please email us at support@tinyrooaustralia.com.au.
Express Postage:
We do not currently offer express postage.
Local Delivery:
If you are located within the 2478 postcode, we are currently offering locals $10-flat rate shipping. Please select this option at checkout!
