RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! This is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products that are faulty or not as described. This period begins from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tinyrooaustralia.com.au within this time frame so we can assist you and provide the return address if necessary.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a registered postal service and including your order details to ensure proper identification. Tiny Roo Australia is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our returns location.
Change of Mind & Sale Items:
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All sale items and gift cards are final and non-refundable.
Pre-Order Refunds:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include photographic evidence so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Product Storage Responsibility:
To maintain product quality, store all items as directed. Wet wipes should be kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, with the lid securely closed. We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration due to improper storage.
